Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Tampa Team Behind Cardinal Air Duct Tampa
We’re a small crew by design, and that’s on purpose. Every tech who shows up at your door in Tampa is someone we know, someone we’ve trained, and someone whose name you’ll know before they ring the bell. No anonymous subcontractors. No rotating cast of strangers. Our team is built around the three services we do and nothing else: air duct cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. It’s a narrow lane, and we like it that way. It means the person handling your system has done this exact job hundreds of times in homes from Hyde Park to New Tampa.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Mike R., Lead Technician
Mike has been cleaning ductwork in the Tampa Bay area for eleven years, and he’s the guy we send when a system has been neglected for a decade or more. He holds an NADCA certification in air systems cleaning and is our lead operator on the Rotobrush rotary brush system. Mike’s the one who pulls the camera probe out of a return and shows you what was actually living in there before the negative-pressure extraction, which means the loosened debris goes straight into the Nikro HEPA vacuum, not back into your living room. He keeps a running list of the strangest things he’s pulled from Tampa ductwork, and the top entry is a fully intact plastic flamingo from a South Tampa rental. He doesn’t know how it got there either.
Dana P., Senior Installer
Dana joined us four years ago after running her own handyman operation in Seminole Heights, and she handles the heavy containment and filtration work. She’s our Abatement Technologies specialist, which means she sets up the negative-air containment on crawlspace and attic jobs so the dust stays where it belongs: out of your house. Dana is background-checked and uniformed on every job, and she’s the one most likely to catch a dryer vent that backs up faster than it should because of a crushed transition hose behind the wall. Her human detail is that she shows up with a pack of sugar-free gum and offers a piece before every walkthrough. Customers remember that.
Sarah W., Service Coordinator
Sarah is the voice on the phone when you call (850) 403-3474, and she’s been with the team for going on three years. She schedules every job in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, lives by the Relay Standard booking experience, and makes sure you get a live trackable arrival window before the tech heads your way. Before any appointment, Sarah sends the tech’s name and a short note about what to expect, so there’s no “who is this guy in my driveway” moment. She’s from Brandon originally, knows the difference between Westchase and West Tampa traffic patterns, and she will tell you honestly whether your job is a two-hour job or a four-hour job before you book it.
Wait, let me fix that last tag.

Chris T., Apprentice Technician
Chris is the newest member of the crew and the one you’ll see shadowing Mike on larger Tampa jobs. He’s been with us for a little over a year and is working through his air systems cleaning certification while he learns the Nikro HEPA extraction process from the ground up. Chris handles the camera work and the filter changes, and he’s the one who double-checks the written price sheet against the scope of work before we start, so there are no surprises at the end of the job. He claims he can identify the age of a return filter by smell alone, which we have not tested and do not endorse. He’s also the fastest driver in the county, which we have tested and do not endorse either.
One Standard, Every Job
Every one of us works to the same three rules, and we don’t bend them. First, you get a written price before a single duct is touched, and it doesn’t change at the door. Most standard air duct cleanings in Tampa for a typical single-family home run $350 to $650, depending on the size of the system and how long it’s been since the last cleaning. Second, every repair carries a written guarantee, and if it fails within 365 days, we return and correct it at no charge. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it applies to every booking without exception. Third, the Relay Standard runs the whole experience: a live trackable arrival window, before-and-after photo proof of the work, and a digital invoice you can pay from a link. No fine print. No bait pricing. No disappearing act after the van pulls away.
As owner, I’m Omar Haddad, and I hold every tech on this page to that standard. We’re part of the Relay Home Co. family, founded in 2005, and we carry the brands to prove the work: Rotobrush, Nikro, Abatement Technologies, Honeywell, Aprilaire, and Guardsman filtration. If you want to know who’s coming to your house in Tampa, now you do. Call (850) 403-3474 and Sarah will put you on the schedule.
